1. Parents / Guardians are not allowed to get into the hostel without prior permission of the Superintendent. In case of an emergency they may be allowed with permission of Superintendent.

2. Visiting time for parents is Saturday afternoon and Sunday. Under abnormal circumstances guardians may be allowed with the special permission of the Superintendent on any other day.

3. Use of mobile phones is prohibited. In case a student is found using it, the phone will be confiscated and can’t be refundable.

4. Other forms of electronic equipment is equally disallowed.

5. For any student, attending physical training classes is a must every morning. They must assemble for prayer in the morning & evening.

6. No student is allowed to stay in the hostel during class hour.

7. A sick student must seek prior permission of the Superintendent to stay in the hostel.

8. Any kind of indiscipline will be ruthlessly punished. If the degree of indiscipline is great, the candidate Will be expelled from hostel.

9. Breaking of furniture/basins/toilet doors and disfiguring the wall is a grave offence and Compensations will be collected from those who are found guilty of the crime.

10. By 11 PM boarders should switch off lights in their room.

11. Except bonafide guardians, no student is allowed to go out of the hostel at any time.

12. During study hours no student is allowed to get into any other room. Violation of this rule will lead to disciplinary action.

13. Obeying the rules will make one’s stay in the hostel meaningful and worthwhile.

14. Parents can call their wards by telephone between 3.30 pm to 5.30pm (Mon-sat) and 2 Pm to 8 pm on Sunday to their respective floor in charge.

15. All telephone calls and letters to the students will be under the surveillance and control of the Warden.

16. Inmates should not keep valuables, jewellery and cash with them. Money transaction among the students will not be permitted. The Students should deposit the pocket money at the school office.

17. Students should keep modesty, decency and decorum in their behavior, dress and hair style.

18. Bringing food and other eatables to the hostel from outside is totally forbidden.

19. Medical treatment charges, if incurred at all, are to be paid by the end of that term itself.

20. Decisions will be taken by the school and hostel authorities in the best interests of the well being and development of the students and parents should comply with such decisions earnestly.
